    摘要:

    针对目前航天测试任务需求日益复杂且多样化、传统测试方法不能满足测试任务强度及测试精度要求的现状,提出了一种基于高频开关网络的自动测试系统,分析了高频开关网络的设计原理,从链路、电路和结构三个方面对高频开关网络的设计予以优化,给出一个详细的设计方案。整个高频开关网络能够提供多达8×72通道的链路扩展,经过实验测试验证各项性能指标良好。以其为基础搭建的自动测试系统可以较好的解决不同被测微波组件产品测试通用性的问题,具有自动测试与自动校准功能,测试效率高与测量精度高等优点,可实现卫星载荷产品的全过程自动测试,解决传统人工测试效率低且容易出错的问题,应用前景广阔。

    Abstract:

    In view of the current situation of increasingly complex and diversified space test mission requirements, and the traditional test methods cannot meet the requirements of test mission intensity and test accuracy, an automatic test system based on high-frequency switch networks is proposed, analyzes the design principle, optimizes from three aspects of link, circuit and structure,and gives a detailed design scheme. The entire high-frequency switch network can provide link expansion of up to 8 × 72 channels, and various performance indicators are verified by experimental tests. The automatic test system based on it can better solve the problem of testing universality of different tested microwave component products. It has the advantages of automatic test and automatic calibration, high test efficiency and high measurement accuracy. It can realize the whole process of satellite load product automatic test, and solve the problem of low efficiency and error-prone of traditional manual test. and has a broad application prospects.
