Abstract:In order to provide the control precision of fatigue test for aircraft structure and accelerate the speed of fatigue test, in the fatigue test of wing structure, innovative design of connecting device between wing and loading system, integrated use of PID tuning, vibration frequency filtering, cross-coupling compensation and other technologies, after a long period of test tracking and debugging, double the standard of HB and GJB has been achieved. The aim of fast running wing fatigue test with test control accuracy is to provide reference for similar aircraft components and whole aircraft fatigue test in the future.
