    摘要:

    目前海军岸防武器系统保障特性评估还存在诸多空白,针对如何客观、准确的评估装备保障特性、及时掌握装备技术并适时开展装备保障、快速形成保障能力的问题,提出了利用状态监测技术进行保障特性评估的方法,利用状态监测技术获取并掌握目标对象的技术状态,快速、精确地响应各类保障需求,适时、主动优化装备性能,充分发挥岸防武器系统的作战效能,为科学、准确地评估装备保障特性提供理论与方法支撑;为实现由事后维修和预防性维修向基于状态的修理模式转变奠定基础。

    Abstract:

    At present ,there are many gaps in the support characteristics of the naval shore defense weapon system .Aiming at how to objectively and accurately evaluate the characteristics of equipment support ,grasp the equipment technology in time ,and timely develop equipment suppot,and quickly from the support capability.Amethod for evaluating support characteristics by using state monitoring technology is proposed.Using state monitoring technology to acquire and grasp the technical state of target objects,respond to various security needs quickly and accurately .Timely and actively optimize the equipment performance ,give full play to the operational effectiveness of the shore defense weapon system, and provide theoretical and method support for the scientific and accurate evaluation of the equipment support characteristics.Lay the foundation for the transformation of post based maintenance and preventive maintenance to state based repair mode.
