    摘要:

    在研制机载(飞机装载)用电设备中需要对其电源耐压指标进行测试,其耐压指标要求满足GJB181-86,即产生80V/8V/50ms/5次脉冲电压;或满足GJB181A-2003,即产生50V/18V/50ms/5次脉冲电压。根据按键信号给到8051f330来控制两路AC/DC输出端继电器的闭合与断开来产生所需浪涌电压,8051f330同时根据采样到浪涌发生器的输入输出端口电压来判断浪涌发生器工作状态并以指示灯显示,若浪涌发生器工作异常,浪涌发生器自动识别并关闭输入输出,保护浪涌发生器和测试的机载用电设备。本文还通过proteus仿真软件对浪涌发生器的电路和控制程序进行了仿真,最后对浪涌发生器样机进行供电和调试,并由示波器抓拍的输出电压波形图也验证了方案可行行,而且也验证了产生的浪涌电压能够同时满足GJB181-86和GJB181A-2003标准。

    Abstract:

    In the development of airborne (aircraft loading) electrical equipment, it is necessary to test its power supply voltage withstanding index, which meets the requirements of GJB181-86, i.e. generating 80V/8V/50ms/5th pulse voltage or GJB181A-2003, i.e. generating 50V/18V/50ms/5th pulse voltage. According to the key signal to 8051f330 to control the closure and disconnection of two AC/DC output relays to generate the required surge voltage, 8051f330 at the same time according to the voltage sampled to the input and output ports of the surge generator to determine the working status of the surge generator and display with the indicator lamp, if the surge generator works abnormally, the surge generator Automatic identification and shutdown of input and output, protection of surge generator and test of airborne electrical equipment. This paper also simulates the circuit and control program of the surge generator by Proteus simulation software. Finally, the prototype of the surge generator is powered and debugged. The output voltage waveform captured by the oscilloscope also verifies the feasibility of the scheme. It also verifies that the generated surge voltage can satisfy both GJB181-86 and GJB181A. - 2003 standard.
