    摘要:

    针对当前新兴产业计量校准服务资源分散、服务信息不透明、智能化程度偏低等问题,提出一种基于大数据的计量校准服务平台。基于计量校准资源共享和进出机制,整合集成服务主体、服务对象、服务支撑等计量校准资源,建立全国计量校准服务资源池。在给出平台系统架构的基础上,利用智能评估与故障预测技术、大数据挖掘可视化等技术,构建面向新兴产业发展的计量校准服务平台,为产业提供一站式、标准化、可靠、及时的计量校准服务,提升产业服务智能化水平。建立“服务平台+标准体系+技术措施+创新中心”于一体的技术支撑体系,提升计量校准服务效率和竞争力,促进产业计量校准覆盖研制、生产、试验和使用等全过程,实现产品质量提升和全过程安全管控。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of decentralized calibration service resources, opaque service information and low intelligence level in the emerging industries, a metrology and calibration service platform based on big data is proposed. Based on the sharing and access mechanism of calibration resources, the national metrology and calibration service resource pool is established by integrating the calibration resources such as service subjects, service objects and service support. Based on the platform system architecture, a metrology and calibration service platform for the development of emerging industries is constructed, which utilizes intelligent assessment and fault prediction technology, and big data mining visualization technology, etc. The metrology and calibration service platform provides one-stop, standardized, reliable and timely calibration services for the industry, and improves the level of industrial service intelligence. Establish a technical support system integrating “service platform, standard system, technical measures, innovation center” to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of calibration services, and promote the whole process of industrial calibration covering development, production, testing and use. The technical support system can achieve product quality improvement and whole process safety control.
