Abstract:The pre-launch operation and control process of cryogenic rocket is very complex. The test and launch technology scheme has an important impact on the launch efficiency, cost and mission reliability and safety. Also, advanced test and launch technology has become an important development direction to enhance the rocket's competitiveness. A systematic study on autonomous fault diagnosis and launch control technology is carried out for a new type of cryogenic rocket being developed for commercial market. The hierarchical relationship for hardware and software of integrated ground equipment is established by using functional and hierarchical models. Architecture of "One Key" launch control software,hierarchical design model of automatic launching process for cryogenic propulsion system, fault diagnosis strategy are presented,which provide a technical foundation for the development of the integrated autonomous launch and control system of cryogenic rocket.
