    摘要:

    为了满足风洞中常用压力扫描阀的数据采集要求,设计了一套风洞通用压力扫描阀综合数据采集系统。本文首先对风洞压力扫描阀数据采集系统的结构组成以及常用的压力扫描阀进行了概述。其次,详细的给出了本系统的设计思路、系统组成以及实现方法。最后,使用本系统分别对两台DSA 3217、两台PSI 9116、一台DSA 3217和一台PSI 9116三种情况进行压力测试,测试结果表明,三种情况的数据差异都比较小,分别为3.2Pa、1.6Pa、9.9Pa,同时,数据时间差最大值也很小,分别为5ms、8ms、30ms。由此,可以说明本系统具有很好的同步性与兼容性,能够实现风洞中的各类压力扫描阀的综合数据采集。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the data acquisition requirements of the common pressure scanner in wind tunnel, a comprehensive data acquisition system of the common pressure scanner in wind tunnel was designed. In this paper, the structure of the data acquisition system of the wind tunnel pressure scanner and the commonly used pressure scanner are summarized. Secondly, the design idea, system composition and implementation method of the system are given in detail. Finally, the system was used to pressure test on two DSA 3217, two PSI 9116, one DSA 3217 and one PSI 9116, respectively. The test results showed that the data differences in the three cases are relatively small, respectively 3.2Pa, 1.6Pa, 9.9Pa, and the maximum time difference of data is also small, respectively 5ms, 8ms, 30ms. Therefore, it can be said that the system has a good synchronization and compatibility, and can realize the comprehensive data acquisition of various pressure scanning valves in the wind tunnel.
