Abstract:The article describes the requirements of function and interface for controlling a UAV liquid-cooling system, and then design the control logic to control it by using a real-time integration computer on-vehicle. Based on that, the article describes a hardware-in-loop test system for this control system. The computer of the test system have three operating systems, such as Windows7、Linux and Vxworks5.5. The Labview and Simulink are used to developed a series of models to simulate this control system. In the end, the interface of the control system is tested by this test system , and the control logic is verified too.
