    传统仓储系统普遍存在自动化程度低,控制不便,数据存储查询节点远离现场等问题。针对此类情况,设计了一种基于CAN总线的分布式仓储系统。系统以便携式计算机作为控制站,以CAN总线为基础与被控节点组建分布式网络,被控节点主要由以单片机为核心的控制电路与带有可控电磁锁的货柜组成基本硬件。控制站通过CAN总线向被控节点下发控制指令,控制货柜电磁锁动作,实现柜门开闭的远程控制。通过实验验证,发现基于CAN总线的分布式控制网络具有可靠性高、数据传输迅速等特点,基于该网络的仓储系统实现了“集中管理,分散控制”的目的,同时也验证了CAN总线在仓储系统自动化控制设计中应用的可行性。

    Abstract:

    Traditional warehousing systems have many problems, such as low automation, inconvenient control, remote data storage and query nodes. Aiming at this kind of situation, a distributed storage system based on CAN bus is designed. The system takes portable computer as control station, and builds distributed network with controlled node based on CAN bus. The controlled node mainly consists of control circuit with MCU as its core and storage cabinet with controllable electromagnetic lock as its basic hardware. The control station sends control instructions to the controlled nodes through CAN bus to control the electromagnetic lock action of the storage cabinet and realize the remote control of the opening and closing of the cabinet door. Through the experimental verification, it is found that the distributed control network based on CAN bus has the characteristics of high reliability and fast data transmission. The warehouse system based on this network achieves the goal of centralized management and decentralized control. At the same time, it also verifies the feasibility of the application of CAN bus in the design of automatic control of warehouse system.
