Abstract:When the traditional temperature and humidity control system controls the ambient temperature and humidity of the feed formulation, it is difficult to reach the standard value in a short time, and the control process fluctuates greatly. Aiming at the above problems, a new temperature and humidity control system is designed based on CPLD chip. The sensor in the hardware structure of the system uses SH11 sensor. The CLPD chip is used to proofread the obtained temperature signal and humidity signal. It is set by 2 buttons and multiple interfaces. System gateway, reference SS14 set control circuit, combined with relay to adjust temperature and humidity. The sensor acquisition node program, control node program and gateway program are written in C language and assembly language on the IAR development platform. In order to detect the system effect, compared with the traditional control system, the results show that the temperature and humidity control system based on CPLD chip design can adjust the ambient temperature and humidity of the feed formula to the standard value in a short time, and the control process has small fluctuations. More suitable for the production and storage of feed formulations.
