    摘要:

    针对智慧环保设备运行监测系统,采用传统设计方案功率损耗较大,导致监测精准度较低,为了解决该问题,设计具有同步整流功能的监测系统。以电子信号byte单位形式修改内容的E2PROM只读存储器,可摆脱早期编程束缚。采用IS61LV25616AL-10TL 型号芯片的异步静态随机存储器,直接与CPU进行数据交换,将交换结果传输至监测仪,确定环境污染程度。利用AS150PDK-14712S型号50段异色段游标LED报警装置,控制上下限报警模块,通过监测电路对异常状态进行监测报警。根据下位监测机程序流程,采用同步整流技术,分析驱动电压与总电压之间关系,优化设备运行损耗问题。通过实验对比结果可知,该系统比传统系统监测精准度高,符合环保要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve this problem, a monitoring system with synchronous rectification function is designed for intelligent environmental protection equipment operation monitoring system. E2PROM read-only memory, which modifies content in the form of byte unit of electronic signal, can get rid of the restriction of early programming. IS61LV25616AL-10TL asynchronous static random access memory (ASRAM) is used to exchange data directly with CPU. The results of the exchange are transmitted to the monitor to determine the degree of environmental pollution. Using AS150PDK-14712S type 50 segment heterochromatic cursor LED alarm device, the upper and lower limit alarm module is controlled, and the abnormal state is monitored and alarmed by monitoring circuit. According to the program flow of the lower monitor, synchronous rectification technology is adopted to analyze the relationship between driving voltage and total voltage, and optimize the operation loss of equipment. The experimental results show that the monitoring accuracy of the system is higher than that of the traditional system and meets the requirements of environmental protection.
