    摘要:

    随着现阶段智能制造及高新技术的高速发展,现代航空装备的型号种类愈发丰富,设备功能先进,随之技术复杂程度也日益提高,这些现代化的设备在提高航空装备作战效能的同时,也带来了繁杂的测试、诊断和保障问题。由于设备的技术复杂程度越来越高,使得故障检测与诊断变得越来越困难。设备出现故障后,不能及时修复,严重影响了装备战备完好性,[]也增加了装备的保障费用。设计提出了一种航空装备通用自动测试平台,采用开放的体系结构、开放的标准和新一代测试技术,实现了装备自动检测设备的综合化、通用化、系列化和标准化,解决了装备测试和保障问题的同时最大限度地减少检测设备种类,提高检测设备技术水平,以较低的费用实现装备的快速高效检测和维修。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and high-tech at the present stage, the types of modern aviation equipment are becoming more and more abundant, the equipment functions are advanced, and the technical complexity is also increasing. These modern equipments improve the operational effectiveness of aviation equipment. Brought complicated testing, diagnosis and security issues. As the technical complexity of the equipment becomes higher and higher, fault detection and diagnosis become more and more difficult. After the equipment fails, it cannot be repaired in time, which seriously affects the integrity of the equipment. [] also increases the cost of equipment support. The design proposes a universal automatic test platform for aviation equipment. It adopts an open architecture, open standards and a new generation of test technology to realize the integration, generalization, serialization and standardization of automatic equipment detection equipment, and solve the equipment test and While ensuring the problem, the type of testing equipment is minimized, the technical level of the testing equipment is improved, and the equipment is quickly and efficiently detected and repaired at a low cost.
