    摘要:

    现阶段轨道车辆中,确保MVB和WTB通信正常是整车功能调试的关键。但由于MVB的分布式网络结构及源寻址广播机制,WTB的长线路传输衰减问题,给网络故障排查定位带来很多困难。目前调试手段单一匮乏,效率低且对现场人员技术要求高。针对列车调试中的困难及时效性准确性要求,研究了一种MVB和WTB通信网络的自动化检测及诊断技术,用来检测网络的通信情况,定位MVB网络中故障点;分析WTB网络质量。定义了自动化测试与诊断的功能和工作模式。设计了硬件各模块,包括接口电路,数据处理中心及电源模块等。定义了软件模块,层级及拓扑关系。给出了自动化检测及诊断技术在高铁及地铁列车中的典型应用场景。

    Abstract:

    In modern rail transportation system, to ensure normal function of Multifunction Vehicle Bus(MVB)and Wire Train Bus(WTB) is the key to function test of the complete train. However, MVB employs the distributed network structure and source addressing broadcast mechanism, meantime WTB has the attenuation caused by long transmission path, both of which cause many problems in network debugging. Currently there is not much choice in debugging methods, which are all low in efficiency and require high technic skills from workers. Therefore, aiming at solving the difficulties in train debugging meanwhile meeting accuracy and timeliness requirements, an automatic test and diagnosis of MVB and WTB communication network tool is researched. This tool monitors the status of communication, positions the faulty points of MVB, and analyzes the waveform quality of WTB. In the research, the functions and working modes are studied; hardware modules including interface, data processing center and power, etc are designed; software layers and topology are defined. In the end, typical applications of the tool in high speed train and metro are exemplified.
