    摘要:

    工业环境监测同工业生产安全、质量关系紧密,诸多传感监测系统正被使用于各类工业工程中,且需求缺口仍然巨大。工业监测要求传感系统具有低功耗、远距离传输、工作稳定和节点容量大的特点。针对工业应用现状,提出一种基于LoRa(Long Range)的工业监测自组网协议系统的设计。系统主控采用STM32F407芯片,同时集成了8路LoRa 模块,从而提高了网关的节点容量,具备W5500的网络接口和片外存储flash,以及预留的4G和GPS模块。系统兼备了LoRa通信的抗干扰、远距离传输、低功耗的特点,同时又支持TCP/IP网络通信和4G通信,且提供一种web上位机的操控前端,方便用户对系统进行实时的管控。系统使用一套简单的自组网协议,可满足工业监测的要求,具备很高的实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Industry environmental monitoring is closely related to industrial production safety and production quality. Many sensing monitoring systems are being used in major industrial projects, and the demand is still huge.Industrial monitoring requires sensing systems with low power consumption, long-distance transmission, and stable operation.,and hope that the system has a large node capacity. Aiming at this situation, this paper proposes a design of Industrial monitoring ad hoc network protocol system based on (Long Range) LoRa.The system MCU adopts STM32F407 chip and integrates 8 channels of LoRa module, which greatly improves the node capacity of the gateway, and has W5500 network interface and off-chip storage flash, and reserved 4G and GPS modules. The system combines the anti-jamming, long-distance transmission and low power consumption of LoRa communication. At the same time, it supports TCP/IP network communication and 4G communication, and provides a control front end of the web host computer, which is user-friendly real-time monitoring of the system.The system uses a simple self-organizing network protocol to meet the requirements of industrial monitoring and has high practical application value.
