    摘要:

    为保证动车组直流系统的调试安全和效率,需要设计一款电流检测保护装置,对配电盘线路上采集的电流信号进行定量分析,完成对配电盘短路、过载保护,实现数据的存储、传输等功能。论文针对动车组配电盘多通道、连续性的特点,完成了系统总体架构设计,在硬件电路上完成了IIC总线扩展设计和IIC总线I/O扩展设计,增加了采样通道数量,解决了多通道大数据量传输速率不足的问题;完成了双向电流信号检测和保护研究;完成了显示界面设计,并且对试验数据进行了分析研究,论文的现场实验为总配电盘试验检测做了初步的探索并提供了有益的参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure the debugging safety and efficiency of the dc system of the emu, a current detection protection device needs to be designed to carry out quantitative analysis of the current signal collected on the circuit of the switchboard, complete the short circuit and overload protection of the switchboard, and realize data storage and transmission.In view of the characteristics of multi-channel and continuity of power distribution panel of emu, the overall system architecture design is completed, the IIC bus expansion design and IIC bus I/O extension design are completed on the hardware circuit, the number of sampling channels is increased, and the problem of insufficient transmission rate of multi-channel large data volume is solved.The detection and protection of bidirectional current signal are studied.The design of the display interface is completed, and the experimental data are analyzed and studied. The field experiment in this paper provides a preliminary exploration and a useful reference for the testing and testing of the general distribution panel.
