规范军用软件测评过程，提高测试质量，依据军方颁布的相关军用软件测评规定，通过分析目前军方对装备软件测评项目实施过程和采用能力的要求，设计实现了一套模块化、可定制功能的军用软件测试管理系统，系统集成了软件测试过程管理、测试项目管理功能，可以实现对军用软件测评项目实施全过程管理，有效规范装备软件测试过程，保障测试按照规范要求实施，进一步提高军用软件的测评质量。
