Abstract:Digital loop control is widely used in airborne electromechanical system, and the typical cabin temperature control system is selected as the research object. A system model is built in Matlab by Simulink , in which simulation research of Smith control algorithm based on the pure lag system is carried out. A prototype platform which includes model simulator, simulation target machine, controller software and human computer interface is built according to the system model. The results of simulation and field test show that Smith control algorithm meets the requirement of cabin temperature control system. Although the research of method and flow about digital loop control, control software design and rapid prototyping technology are mastered, and this is helpful for the engineering application of the follow-up project.
