    摘要:

    目的 针对常规PID控制难以满足混合式定量给料包装控制系统的控制精度、稳定度和抗干扰能力等。方法 在传统PID控制的基础上, 利用分数阶理论将传统整数阶PID控制推广到分数阶领域中,提出了分数阶PID控制器,实现有点到面的控制。相较于传统PID控制多了两个参数的自由度,并采用一种间接算法(Oustaloup算法)实现。并将该控制与常规控制作对比。结果 建立混合式定量给料包装控制系统的Simulink仿真模型,相对于传统PID控制,分数阶PIλDμ控制的设定值跟踪及抗干扰性能更优。结论 通过Matlab仿真结果表明,分数阶PIλDμ控制提高了控制定量精度, 并有效地改善控制系统的稳定性和抗干扰能力,具有一定的推广价值和实效性。

    Abstract:

    Objective For conventional PID control, it is difficult to meet the control accuracy, stability and anti-interference ability of the hybrid quantitative feed packaging control system. Methods On the basis of traditional PID control, the fractional order theory is used to extend the traditional integer order PID control to the fractional order domain, and the fractional order PID controller is proposed to realize the control of the point to face. Compared with the traditional PID control, the degree of freedom of two parameters is increased, and an indirect algorithm (Oustaloup algorithm) is used to realize the degree of freedom. The control is compared with the conventional control. Results The Simulink simulation model of the hybrid quantitative feeding packaging control system is established. Compared with the traditional PID control, the setting value tracking and anti-interference performance of the fractional order PIλDμ control are better. Conclusion The Matlab simulation results show that the fractional order PIλDμ control can improve the control accuracy, and effectively improve the stability and anti-interference ability of the control system, which has certain promotional value and effectiveness.
