    摘要:

    故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术已在航空航天领域取得较为广泛的应用,而在地面装备领域鲜有应用,为将故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术从航空航天领域推广到地面装备领域,设计和构建了某型火炮的PHM体系结构;首先,通过对比和借鉴航空航天领域典型的4种PHM体系结构OSA-CBM开放式体系结构、集中式体系结构、分布式体系结构、分层融合式体系结构的特点,结合地面装备作战特点和实际工作环境,设计并构建了适于地面装备的PHM体系结构;然后,以地面装备的PHM构建思路为依托,将PHM体系应用到具体的某型火炮中,设计出了基于某型火炮的PHM体系结构,根据所构建PHM体系结构,详细描述了在火炮上的应用情况;最后展望了PHM技术在地面装备领域的发展趋势和对国防工业发展的借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    Prognostics and health management (PHM) technology has been widely used in the aerospace field, but its application is still very few in the field of ground equipment. In order to promote the application of prognostics and health management technology in the field of ground equipment, the PHM system frame of a certain type gun is designed and constructed. Firstly, the four typical aerospace PHM architectures, OSA-CBM open architecture, centralized architecture, distributed architecture and hierarchical fusion architecture are compared and researched. Considered these characteristics and working environment, a suitable PHM system structure is proposed for ground equipment. Secondly, based on proposed the ground equipment PHM construction, the PHM system for a specific type gun is designed and its application in detail is described.Finally, the development trend of PHM technology in ground equipment and its future use in defense industry are prospected.
