    摘要:

    振动对武器装备的可靠性有着重要影响,针对舰载装备缺乏全寿命振动数据监测设备的困境,以PC104总线、高精度振动传感器和电源管理技术为基础研制了一款高精度、便携式、低功耗舰载装备振动检测仪,并与安装数据分析软件的下位机一起构成振动监测系统。应用表明,该振动仪具有分辨率高、功耗低、安装简单、方便携带等优点。通过对舰载装备全球海域、全时段的振动监测,获取了典型海况下,舰载装备的振动数据,在现役装备的可靠性分析及新型装备的可靠性设计方面发挥了重要作用。

    Abstract:

    Vibration has an important impact on the reliability of weapons and equipment. In this paper, one portable high precision vibration measuring instrument is developed base on the technology such as PC104 bus, high precision vibration sensor and power management in order to measure the vibration of warship equipment. The vibration measuring system is composed of this vibration instrument and one computer which has been installed the data analysis software. Application shows this vibration instrument has advantages of high resolution, low power consumption, simple installation methods, easy to carry and so on. This vibration measuring system has been used to sample the global sea vibration data of warship equipment, the sampling data has played an important role in the reliability analysis for active equipment and the reliability design for new equipment.
