    摘要:

    为满足装备试验中的热电阻和热电偶信号自动故障注入的要求,设计了基于LXI的热电阻与热电偶信号故障注入器。通过将故障注入器串接入热电阻和热电偶信号传输线路,模拟多种热电阻和热电偶信号传输过程中的故障类型,实现对被测设备热电阻和热电偶信号的仿真。该故障注入器已应用于多类型装备的测试性验证试验中,具有良好的推广价值和应用前景。

    Abstract:

    In order to satisfy the requirements of automatic fault injection of thermal resistance and thermocouple signals in equipment experiments, the fault injector of thermal resistance and thermocouple signals based on LXI is designed. By connecting the fault injector in series into the thermal resistance and thermocouple signals transmission lines, and simulating the fault types in the process of a variety of thermal resistance and thermocouple signals transmission, the simulation of the thermal resistance and thermocouple signals in the device under test can be achieved. With good promotional value and application prospects, the fault injector has been applied to the testability verification experiments in many types of equipment.
