    摘要:

    为解决新装备故障分析与排除训练缺乏手段的问题,以开发某新型装备的故障排除训练系统设计为研究目标,运用故障树分析(FTA)方法,构建了重要分系统的故障树模型;通过对系统的功能需求分析,设计了系统运行的流程,构建了故障分析与排除系统的硬件结构;利用LabView平台开发出某新型装备的故障设置与排除训练系统;系统运行结果表明:满足了设计的功能需求,为维修保障训练中的故障分析与排除提供了方法手段和平台支持。

    Abstract:

    In order to provide the method for training of the fault analysis and removing, the paper takes the design of equipment fault setting up and removing training system on as research object, which builds the model of fault trees of important partial system with FTA(fault trees analysis)method. Based on the function demand analysis of system,the hardware of the system is built and made, and the process of the system is designed. The new type equipment fault setting up and removing training system has been researched by the LabView software. The results of applying system indicated that the function demand had been meet, and the technical support had been used to fill the lack of training method in the fault analysis and removing of maintenance support.
