    摘要:

    随着航天器有效载荷的种类、功能及结构日趋复杂,对集成仿真测试系统的功能和性能要求也越来越高。有效载荷集成仿真测试系统是进行有效载荷系统级电性能联试、整器综合测试和发射场测试的重要工具。为满足不同领域、不同类型有效载荷的仿真测试需求,提高系统集成测试与验证的工作效率和适应性,在分布式高性能计算机网络体系结构基础上,提出一种航天器有效载荷集成仿真测试系统的设计架构。该系统遵从“强内聚、松耦合”的先进设计思想,各组成模块可以根据测试需要进行灵活重组,用于有效载荷研发的各个阶段,具有可靠性高、灵活性强、快速重构和扩展升级的优势。对有效载荷集成仿真测试系统中各测试设备的功能、组成及具体方案进行了详细介绍。

    Abstract:

    With the types, functions and structures of spacecraftpayloadsincreasingly complex,the requirements forthe performance of integratedsimulating and testing system are getting higher and higher.The payload integrated simulating and testing system is an important tool to carry out the payload system-level electrical performance test, the overallintegrated test and the launch field test.To meetthesimulating and testing requirements from different areas and different types of payload and to improve efficiency and adaptability of the system integrated test and verification,a design architecture of spacecraft payloads integratedsimulating and testingsystem with higher reliability, adaptability and scalabilityis proposed based on distributed high-performance computer network architecture. The system complies withthe design concept of strong cohesion and loose coupling, whose modules can be flexibly reorganized according to the testing requirements, and can be used in all stages of payload research and development with the advantages of high reliability, flexibility, fast reconstruction and extended upgrade.The functions, compositions and specific programs of all testing equipments in the payloadintegrated simulating and testingsystem are introduced in detail.
