    摘要:

    随着航天事业的发展,新一代航天器规模越来越大,相应的电子设备也随之增多,设备用电需求变得更加复杂,供配电系统也在不断地由传统式向着智能化方向发展,同时,为了提升运载能力,要求设备进行智能化、集成化设计,传统基于继电器的供配电系统在智能化、可靠性等方面已不能满足需要,采用固态配电技术是当前的发展趋势。介绍了固态功率控制器在航天器中的技术应用,采用固态配电技术设计了高可靠智能化供配电系统,满足了航天器中复杂的供配电需求,提出并解决了固态配电技术工程应用中的大电流配电、负载的开通关断、机内检测及保护设计难点,为固态配电技术在未来航天器中的工程应用提供了成功实践经验。

    Abstract:

    With the development of the aerospace industry, the scale of the new generation spacecraft increases rapidly as well as the electronic devices. Accordingly, the requirements for power distribution become more complex, and so power supply and distribution system has changed from the traditional way to intelligent direction. Besides, intelligent and integrated design is required in order to improve the carrying capacity. The traditional distribution system using relays can no longer meet the needs in terms of intelligence and reliability. Power distribution technology using solid state power controller (SSPC) is the current development trend. This paper introduces the application of solid state power controller in the spacecraft. The high reliable and intelligent power supply and distribution system using SSPC technology is proposed to satisfy the complex requirements for spacecraft. Key design issues including distribution of big current, switch control of load, built in test, and over-current protection are put forward and solved. The results show that it’s a successful engineering experience for the application of SSPC in future spacecraft.
