    摘要:

    火箭配电器作为箭上电气系统的重要部件,对火箭飞行试验起着至关重要的作用;配电器测试直接反映其各项功能达标情况,测试方法的优劣会影响对配电器性能的评价高低;配电器测试系统以加固计算机为开发平台,通过PXI数据采集板卡对调理后的信号进行采集和控制,并在显示器上显示测试结果与数据,从而完成配电器的各项功能测试;测试系统原理样机测试某箭上配电器,比较测试值与设计值结果相符,可以得出系统设计可行、可靠;该测试系统大大改进了以往的测试手段,具有体积小、可靠性高、易于携带等优点。

    Abstract:

    As an important component of the electrical system on the rocket, the distributor plays an important role in the rocket flight test. The test of the distributor directly reflects the situation of the various functions, and the test method will affect the evaluation of the performance of the distributor. The testing system for distributor is designed which uses reinforced computer as hardware to develop platform. The testing system uses PXI data acquisition board to collect and control the conditioning signal, which test results and data is displayed on the monitor, to complete the functional test of the distributor. The prototype of the testing system is used to test the distribution device of an arrow, which is consistent with the design value. The testing system which has the advantages of small size and high reliability has greatly improved the previous test methods.
