Abstract:In order to achieve a rapid, nondestructive, real-time detection and analysis of the content of trace elements in Herba Laggerae, need to study the system of detection of trace elements in high precision. The current method is used to detect pterodontic pterodontic, unable to ensure extraction of trace elements activity conditions. The method of using RIGAKU ZSX100 X-ray fluorescence spectrometer X acquisition pterodontic trace element spectrum to determine trace element types, two technology using ultra supercritical extraction technology of supercritical fluid extraction and supercritical extraction technology to extract solid trace elements from Laggera pterodonta, after ultrafiltration separation in straight line and curve section and horizontal section three stages separation of trace elements in the extract, using ICP-MS method to calculate the content of trace elements, to achieve high precision detection of the content of trace elements in Herba laggerae. Simulation results show that the proposed the method can fast, nondestructive, real-time detection and analysis of trace elements in Herba Laggerae.
