Abstract:As the general automatic testing system for a kind of guided weapon based on the VXI bus has shortcomings in many aspects, such as testing efficiency, generalization, miniature, standardization and informatization, et al, an overall scheme design was proposed for the general automatic testing system. In this design, the technologies of high-speed instrument bus, synthetic instruments and TPS portability were adopted. By using the software and hardware platform modularization and the special components generalization, the designed scheme realized the standard configuration and network transfer of the testing information. The application software can be directly transplanted to use and the resource was easy to expand. These advantages made the designed scheme have ability of cross-platform generalization and interoperability. This scheme design is comparatively ideal for the automatic testing system of precise guided weapon. Through the actual utilization, the feasibility of the designed scheme was verified, which can improve the testing efficiency significantly in many guided weapons and promote the army’s testing and support capability.
