    摘要:

    LCC谐振变换器是电除尘高频高压电源的核心器件,十分适用于高压大功率场合,针对连续模式应用于电除尘高频高压电源的不足,采用LCC谐振变换器断续模式进行优化设计。分析了带RC负载的LCC谐振变换器断续模式(简称DCM)的工作原理及拓扑结构,采用状态空间法推导了其数学模型,研究并建立了新颖的LCC谐振变换器断续模式下的损耗模型。在此基础上提出了一种基于遗传粒子群算法的LCC谐振变换器优化设计方法,该方法直观并且准确,实现了软开关技术,提高了电源的工作效率。并在现场通过一台72KV/85KW的电除尘高频高压电源样机验证了本文的正确性。

    Abstract:

    LCC resonant converter is the core device of the Electrostatic Precipitator High-frequency high-voltage power supply , very suitably for high pressure high-power situation, in view of insufficient of the continuous model applied to the Electrostatic Precipitator high frequency high voltage power supply, this paper adopts intermittent mode of the LCC resonant converter to optimize design.This paper analyze the working principle and topology of LCC resonant converter intermittent mode with RC load, and its mathematical model is deduced, using the state space approach to study and the establishment of a novel LCC resonant converter loss model of intermittent mode.Based on this advances a kind of LCC resonant converter optimization design method based on Genetic Particle Swarm optimization algorithm, this method is intuitive and accurate, and realizes the soft switch technology, improves the efficiency of the power supply.The scene verifies the accuracy of this article through a 72 kv / 85 kw Electrostatic Precipitator High-frequency high-voltage power supply model machine.
