Abstract:With the continuous development of solar power technology, more and more applications of PV system are used by industrial units and individuals. In order to solve the technical problem of detection and maintenance about distributed PV application system, this paper describes a design of a remote monitoring platform for PV applications. Based on the study of wireless network technology and wireless data transmission technology, and according to the characteristics of the distributed PV application system, a remote monitoring system is designed, which consists of the acquisition nodes, data center nodes, web server, and mobile client, and this system combines Embedded technology, ZigBee technology, GPRS-DTU technology and Internet web monitoring technology. The experimental verification of the system is carried out. The experimental results show that the system can collect the running data of the remote distributed PV application system, and can networking and remote transmit the running data, which can be accessed and controlled remotely through the computer or mobile phone and other mobile client. This paper provides an effective technical solution for the remote management and maintenance of distributed PV application system.
