    摘要:

    模型验证技术在故障预测与健康管理(PHM)系统研制中受到高度重视,特别是如何将验证方法在具体的工程应用中体现规范性、系统性、通用性和实用性,已成为亟待解决的技术问题;在分析国内外相关研究现状的基础上,对PHM模型验证方法进行了系统深入的研究,阐述了故障数据获取方法和故障诊断和预测性能指标体系,并以机载诊断模型为例,对PHM模型验证流程作了详细介绍;最后,将此方法应用到了PHM验证平台的设计、开发和具体实现中,充分体现了PHM模型验证方法的工程化特点。

    Abstract:

    Model validation technology in fault prediction and health management (PHM) system is being developed in high priority, especially how to realize normative, systematic, generality and practicability in engineering applications, has become a technical problem that need to be solved. Based on the analysis of the state of the art at home and aboard, this paper did a systematic research on the PHM model verification process, including the fault data election method, and the diagnostic and prognostic performance metrics. Setting the on-board diagnostic model as an example, the model verification flow is described in detail, which has been used for the design, development, and implementation of the PHM verification platform with engineering characteristics. 
