Abstract:The traditional pumping station has many problems, such as single billing model, complicated to operate, difficult to manage and so on. To solve these problems, an integrated pumping station system was designed and implemented. STM32F407 microcontroller is used in the system which is based on mbed - rtos operating system to collect different types of sensors’ data, and control the soft starter and camera at perceptual layer. MQTT communication protocol is used to send the data to the cloud computing center at network layer. Through mobile phone client or web log in pumping station management system, which realizes the function of viewing pumping station’s water data in real-time and monitoring the pumping stations at application layer. Compared with traditional pumping station, the system is stable and reliable, and can better accomplish the billing pumping task. So the system is a reliable integrated solutions for the automation of pumping station.
