Abstract:for acceleration sensor dynamic calibration to obtain the operating frequency band, for the above process, due to the calibration of the system existence test uncertainty leads to the problem of inaccurate sensor calibration design dynamic calibration test of a certain type of acceleration sensor, using experimental data as the basis the system uncertainty evaluation method. Through the analysis of several major error sources of shock testing machine for impact excitation source dynamic calibration system of testing process, combined with the system proposed in this paper, uncertainty degree evaluation method of calculated system calibration test standard uncertainty is 1.77%, and the expanded uncertainty of 3.54%. It is known that the calibration system can meet the requirements of Engineering calibration, and the evaluation method is of practical significance to the evaluation of the uncertainty of the calibration system.
