Abstract:(Equipment Engineering College, Armed Police Force Engineering University, Xi’an Shanxi 710086,China): Concerning the uncertainty of non-lethal efficiency in using rubber hit grenade, this paper elaborates the riot projectile injury criterion and defines the basic sizes of rubber hit grenade. By using the LS-DYNA finite element analysis software and analysing data simulation of process when person’s skin is hit by rubber hit grenade, which can fully analyze the safety, reliability and actual combat’s effect of hitting person according to theory of analysis and data simulation. The results show that rubber hit grenade has advantages of high security, combating accurate and low cost and provides a safe and effective bomb for the Armed Police Force to carry out diversity tasks.
