    摘要:

    感应淬火综合监控系统集成了感应淬火能量监控与环境监控功能,其硬件基础为工控机与Y5000+多功能板,工控机通过并行口与Y5000+多功能板实现数据交换。Y5000+多功能板以CPLD芯片为核心,扩展了DI/DO、PI/PO以及AI/AO功能。感应淬火综合监控系统的应用程序分为上层管理程序与底层实时测控程序。在RTX支持下,系统完全能满足实时性与可靠性要求。

    Abstract:

    An integrated monitoring and control system for induction hardening is presented, which is integrated the induction quenching energy monitoring and environmental monitoring function based on IPC and Y5000+ multifunction board. The IPC communicates Y5000+ multifunction board through its parallel port. Y5000+ multifunction board is designed with CPLD chip as the core and constructed of the DI/DO, PI/PO and AI/AO modules. The application of the integrated monitoring and control system for induction quenching is divided into the upper management subprogram and the bottom real time measurement and control subprogram. With the support of RTX, the system can meet the requirements of real-time and reliability.
