Research on Testing and Measuring Technique Demand of Armored Vehicle

摘要:

试验测试技术是制约坦克装甲车辆发展的关键问题；针对装甲车辆对在线监测和离线检测技术的需求,分析了新时期坦克装甲车辆的地位作用、系统组成、关键技术及技术发展趋势；在此基础上,阐述了装甲车辆研制中开展的试验测试内容,从整车及分系统分别对试验测试技术的应用进行了分析研究,提出了现代坦克装甲车辆部件、系统至整车研制中对力、扭矩、流量测量等关键试验测试技术要求；指出只有将试验测试技术和装备技术深度融合,研发专用传感器及测试系统,才能满足新型装甲装备技术发展。

Abstract:

Testing and measuring techniques are the key issues for development of the armored vehicle. The status function, system constitution, performance requirements, key technique and developing trend of the armored vehicle were analyzed according to the demands of the online monitoring and offline detection technique of these vehicles. On this basis, the main subjects of the testing and measuring were described during the development of the armored vehicle. Specific requirements for key testing and measuring techniques of force, torque and flow rate were presented in the developing process of armored vehicle components and whole vehicle devidely. It's point out that specific sensor system and testing system development based on the deeply integration of experimental testing technology and equipment technology is necessary for the development of newly armored equipments. 
