An ATE Software Platform Based on Dynamic Test Strategy

摘要:

现有测试模式的缺陷,使得设备平均测试时间较长,测试程序维护复杂,限制了先进故障诊断算法的应用；设计了一种新的软件平台架构,将测试过程、结果判读与故障诊断相隔离,有效解决了上述问题；文章详细叙述了软件平台的架构设计、调度模型和故障诊断；该软件平台已成功地应用在某型测试设备上,获得了较好的效果。

Abstract:

The existing test mode has shortcomings. It makes the test procedure overtime, makes the test program complex to maintenance, and limits the advanced diagnosis algorithm application. New software architecture of ATE is promoted in this paper. It divides the test procedure from the result judgment and the diagnosis procedure. The architecture design, schedule model and diagnosis procedure are also detailed presented. The software has been applied and verified in some test equipments.
