Abstract:In order to guarantee the output accuracy of high precision quartz accelerometer, a high precision data acquisition circuit is designed by segmenting the output of accelerometer. Firstly, change the sampling resistor for sampling signals from different segment; secondly, design a low-pass filter for filtering; then, make a detailed circuit design for trans-impedance amplifier, low-pass filter, power source, and select the key components; finally a simulation validation was processed. The results show that this method is not only making the most use of the measuring range of A/D, guaranteeing the precision, but also meeting the demand of wide-range. The maximal acquisition accuracy of the data acquisition circuit is ±8×10-5g and the minimum is ±10-5g, which can meet the requirement of high precision inertial navigation.
