    摘要:

    针对化工企业TVOC(总挥发性有机化合物)的排放点多、环境潮湿、布线困难、甚至要求防爆等特点,特设计了智能TVOC实时监测系统,以STM32处理器为核心实现环境气体的抽取、水气分离、传感器的数据采集、自校等控制;为了实现远程监测并减少流量费用,在每个厂区以无线传输技术实现数据的汇聚,并以GPRS技术实现与多个中心平台对接;经现场长期运行,检测误差小于0.3%,数据接收率达到99.96%以上,系统运行稳定可靠,为大气监测和治理起到重要作用。

    Abstract:

    In view of the chemical enterprise TVOC characteristics, which are including more emission points, wet environment, difficult wiring, and even explosion-proof requirements, a TVOC real-time intelligent monitoring system is designed, which uses STM32 processor as the core to realize the environment gas extraction, moisture separation, TVOC sensor data acquisition and self-correcting control, uses wireless transmission technology to achieve the data gathered in each plant in order to realize remote monitoring and reduce the costs of flow, and uses GPRS technology to realize the docking with a plurality of center platform. After long field running, the detection error is less than 0.3% and the data receiving rate is more than 99.96%. The system is stable and plays an important role in atmospheric monitoring.
