Abstract:Based on IVI technology, a system was developed which can be used on remote and distributed test and control systems. Besides class and physical driver of IVI, the standardized class instrument remote control driver, class instrument remote control server, and instruction pool data process mechanism are developed in the system, and the effect caused by the data transmission delay of network can be eliminated. The application shows that, running in the remote control state, the system runs stably and smoothly, and the test results are worthy of confidence. The system can be applied on other ATS.
