Abstract:Aiming at the power plant turbine speed detection devices need to install additional speed detector, a speed fiber-based detection of diffuse new methods is proposed, and a turbine speed non-contact detection system is designed. System put turbine shaft nail as sampling point of optical fiber diffuse sensor, using MSP430F149 to revert the sampling pulse signals through variable M/T speed reduction algorithm, and then finish speed display, D/A conversion and V/I conversion, finally restored long-distance transmission signal to the DCS distributed control system. Industrial field applications shows that this design scheme is correct and feasible, and it has strong practicability and popularization.
