    摘要:

    高频高压发生器是X射线机的核心部件之一,其作用是给高压球管提供直流高压使之输出能量集中的X射线,该直流电压值是X射线机的关键参数;在医用X射线机使用过程中,当其作用于不同的个体体型及不同的人体部位时,通常需要不同的球管电压等级(kV值)以控制X射线的辐射量;因此,其输出的管电压必须是精度高且可调;设计中采用全桥串并联谐振逆变换技术并结合脉冲频率调制系统来实现高压电源的调节输出,其输出到球管的高压直流电源电压调节范围为40~150 kV;系统控制部分采用STM32微控制器实现对高压直流电源的检测与控制;实验结果证明,所设计的高频高压发生器输出的直流高压相对误差小于5%,精度高且稳定性好,可满足医用X射线机的工作要求,具有良好的应用价值。

    Abstract:

    High frequency and high voltage generator is one of the core components of the X-ray machine, whose role is to provide DC high voltage for the high-pressure tube so that the tube can output energy-concentrated X-ray, and the DC voltage value is a key parameter of X-ray machines. When used in different individuals and different parts of the body, medical X-ray machines often require different tube voltage rating (kV value) to control the amount of radiation X-rays. Therefore, the output voltage of the tube must be highly precise and adjustable. The technology of full-bridge series-parallel resonant inverse transform combining with the pulse frequency modulation system is used in the design to adjust the output of high voltage power supply, and the output of high-voltage DC power supplied to the tube for ranges from 40kV to 150kV. The control part of the system uses the STM32 microcontrollers to detect and control high-voltage DC power. The experimental results show that the output of the DC high power from the high frequency and high voltage generator designed in this paper has a relative error less than 5%, high accuracy and good stability, and it can satisfy the work requirements of medical X-ray machine which has a good value.
