The current development of health management techniques in the field of aerospace is not fully mature in our country. Domestic research for fault detection and assessment of the steady-state process is still insufficient. To the application of MECO technology(Falcon) and hold-on and release lift off technology, and the demand for reusable technology, fault detection and assessment techniques will be important technical supports. This paper puts forward a fault degree evaluation method based on Mahalanobis distance and verified the correctness of the algorithm with simulation data.
