Abstract:In order to achieve the aircraft condition monitoring module monitoring demand of airborne high-speed AFDX bus network huge amounts of data, analyzed the network configurations, and designed condition monitoring module as data frame processing, file management and user interface, by used the interrupt and classification tasks together, put forward the two-level filter, three-level buffer mechanism. Use the dedicated ground analysis tool analyzes the data, the results show that the condition monitoring module can ensure real-time capture, processing and storage of the monitoring data. The condition monitoring module designed of two-level filter, three-level buffer mechanism prove to configured with different monitoring requirements for different tasks, realize the aircraft condition monitoring functions, and meets the design requirements, running stability.
