    摘要:

    国内附件类产品的自动化检测水平不高,对于变压器产品认证,传统人工测试方式采样速度难以达到规定要求,造成数据后期计算和处理难、误差率高、在线时间长、测试效率低下等问题;针对GB19212.1(IEC61558-1)标准关于电子电力类变压器产品中温升和异常状态型式试验项目的要求,研究开发了一套智能自动化测量与控制系统,采用以软件为核心的模块化架构,配合研制出的集成控制模块组,通过用户自定义需求,可完成包括试验设备控制、数据分析、实时监测、定时采集与算法处理、试验方案保存与原始记录生成等一系列功能,真正实现了变压器测试的“试前一次配置,全流程自动化”的试验过程;试验结果表明,该系统的应用可大幅降低人工测量环节的不确定度、提高测试结果准确率,并有效地保证了试验可复制性、结果一致性和可追溯性。

    Abstract:

    The automatic detection level of the domestic concerned institutions for the accessories products was not advanced, and for the transformer product certification, the traditional manual testing method cannot meet the requirements of the sampling speed, thus causing the problem of experimental data post-calculation and processing, high error rate, long online time, low testing efficiency and other issues. In this paper, about the type test items of electronic and power transformers of the standard of GB19212.1 (or IEC61558-1, idt), a set of intelligent automatic measurement and control system for temperature rise and abnormal state tests was researched and developed. Utilizing the software with a modular architecture as the core, combined with the prepared hardware component of the integrated control module groups, through the user-defined requirements, this system can complete many functions including test equipment control, data analysis, real-time monitoring, timing acquisition and algorithms processing, the test scheme of preservation and the original record generation. Consequently, a one-stop test procedure which means ‘full automation with only one simple configuration’ was truly realized in the transformer tests. The experimental results show that, the application of this system can greatly reduce the uncertainty of the artificial links in the technological process, to improve the accuracy of test results, and in consequence, to ensure the duplicability, consistency and traceability of the test results effectively.
