In order to develop the transportation stability, the author made kinematic analysis of the machine, and deduced the mathematic expression of the acceleration. According to the expression, the mathematics models were set up .Based on the theory of fuzzy optimization design, the author calculated the optimal length of each component by using individual rod as design variable. According to the expression, the optimization results show that the acceleration of the main head of the rolling mill after optimum design is reduced ,and the conclusion for the machine laid the foundation to study the overall optimization.
