    摘要:

    为了满足磷酸铁锂动力电池电压、温度参数采集实时性和准确性的要求以及摆脱检测系统的线束,设计了一种基于LTC6803和NRF24L01的动力电池检测系统并进行了实验测试;该系统主要由数据发送端和数据接收端两部分组成,数据发送端采用LTC6803电池监测芯片和数字化温度传感器DS18b20实现对动力电池电压、温度的精确检测,数据接收端利用上位机软件对数据集中存储和管理,通过NRF24L01射频模块完成数据发送端和接收端的无线通讯;实验结果表明:该检测系统具有性能可靠、使用方便、测量精度高等优点,完全满足工业现场的使用要求,具有较好的实用效果。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the needs of LiFePO4 power batteries voltage and temperature parameter acquisition in real-time and accuracy requirements and reduce the wiring harness of detection system.A detection system of power batteries is designed in this paper,which is based on LTC6803 and NRF24L01,and has been carried on the experimental test. The system is mainly composed of the data transmitting end and data receiving end. The data transmitting end uses LTC6803 battery monitoring chip and digital temperature sensor DS18b20 to realize the accurate detection of battery voltage and temperature,the data receiving end uses PC software to complete the concentrated storage and management of data. Wireless communication between data transmitting end and the receiving end is accomplished through the NRF24L01 module.The experimental results show that the detection system has the advantages of reliable performance,convenient use,high measuring accuracy,fully meets the requirements of the use of industrial field,has a good practical effect.
