Abstract:Power amplifier is a core component of the acoustic signal transmitter ,and the development direction is lower power, higher efficiency and smaller size. This paper proposes an embedded acoustic power amplifier technology solution with the independent matching network, designs and develops a complete high source-level acoustic power amplifier prototype based on digital audio amplifier IR2092, tests integrative performance by water-tank experiment, and verifys the feasibility and advancement. The test result shows that the prototype at 180×60×70 mm3 volume, battery supply of 24V and average power of 90W can reach at 187dB emission source level, which can meet the needs of shipboard or embedded request.
