    摘要:

    工业控制现场自动化设备较多,而复杂多变的控制器设备之间相互通信一直以来是工业控制领域研究的热点。以工业自动化设备为对象,研制了以AT91SAM9G25微处理器和MODBUS协议为核心的通讯服务器,从硬件设计和软件设计两方面阐述了系统组成和原理,在功能上通过通讯服务器实现工业现场多种总线相互兼容,解决了不同自动化设备厂家设备间通信障碍的问题。试验结果表明:此设备系统稳定可靠,丢包率低,具有容错和数据重发机制,能够较好的满足工业现场需求。

    Abstract:

    There is a lot of automation equipment in the scene of the industrial control, and the communications between the complex controller devices is a hotspot of research on industry control field. This article focuses on the subject of industrial automation equipment, developed the communication server with the core of AT91SAM9G25 microprocessor and MODBUS protocol, and expounds the principle and system composition from two aspects of hardware design and software design, implementing various industrial field bus compatible with each other through the communication server on the function, solving the communication barriers between different automation equipment manufacturers. Experimental results show that this equipment’s system structure is simple, the power consumption is ultra-low, the packet loss rate is low, and has a broad prospect of engineering application.
