    摘要:

    针对某测试系统提出的多通道数据采集要求,采用PXI采集硬件设计了多路不同类型信号的采集系统;使用LabVIEW编写了采集控制程序,实现了通道配置、数据采集、实时显示、数据存储及回放等功能;通过运用配置文件存储不同试验的通道信息,使系统具备做不同试验的能力;通过多任务的并行执行,提高了高速采集时程序的执行效率;通过采用分页访问的形式,解决了回放数据量庞大的问题;实验表明:系统满足项目测试任务要求,同时具有很强的通用性和一定的推广价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to satisfy the testing requirement of multi-channel data acquisition (DAQ), a multi-channel DAQ system is designed on PXI acquisition hardware. LabVIEW is adopted for the acquisition and control programming, and the system realizes a series of functions, including channel configuration, data acquisition, real-time display, data storage and replay and so on. The system has the ability to conduct various tests by the method of using configuration files to store the channel information of different tests. The execution efficiency of the program is improved at the time of high-speed acquisition by the multi-task parallel execution. The problem of replaying huge amounts of data is solved by adopting the form of paging visit. Experiments have showed that the system can satisfy the testing requirements, and it has wide generality and certain promotional value.
