依据现代牧场全混合日粮(TMR)饲养技术的工业化、信息化的发展趋势,提出了一种基于ID510称重仪表的牧场配料系统,并介绍了系统的硬件和软件设计。该系统利用C+ builder 6.0作为上位机监控软件来实现监控和发送指令,实现配方管理、配料统计、参数设置、数据库管理等功能,利用ID510称重仪表作为下位机对现场设备进行实时控制,从而完成了整个配料工艺的自动控制。在牧场配料实际生产过程中,该系统操作简便、功能全面、界面运行流畅、配料精度高、后期维护成本低,极大的提高了牧场的生产效率。

According to the development trend of industrialized、information by the modern ranch TMR feeding technology, design and Simplementation of a ranch batching system based on ID510 weighing instrument, and describes the hardware and software design of the system.SThe system uses C ++ builder 6.0 as the PC monitoring software to achieve control and send commands, achieve recipe management、batching statistics、parameter settings、 database management and other functions, use ID510 weighing instruments as the lower computer to the scene equipment real-time control, thus completing the whole process of automatic control ingredients.SActual ingredients in pasture production process, the system is easy to operate, user running smoothly, high batching accuracy, post-maintenance, low cost, improve the production efficiency ranch greatly.
